Sage Studio is committed to total discretion, operational security, and the complete confidentiality of all creative briefs, brand assets, and client correspondence. This policy outlines how information is gathered, protected, and managed across our global production pipeline.
1. Information We Collect
When you schedule a consultation, submit an inquiry, or book an engagement through our interactive commission console or our booking system, we collect essential business information required to evaluate and execute your creative production. This includes your name, work email address, company or brand name, target timeline, project scope requirements, and any creative context you choose to share.
2. Zero Third-Party Data Sales
Sage Studio does not sell, rent, lease, or monetize client or prospect data under any circumstances. We do not license contact lists, share behavioral data with ad brokers, or distribute enterprise correspondence to third-party marketing networks. Any data shared with us is used exclusively to facilitate your creative partnership and deliver production services.
3. Creative Brief & Asset Confidentiality (Mutual NDA)
We recognize that creative briefs, unreleased product designs, script treatments, and brand assets represent critical proprietary IP. All materials submitted to Sage Studio prior to or during an engagement are treated as strictly confidential under our mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) framework upon inception. Production workflows are isolated and accessible only to assigned creative directors and AI production engineers.
4. Neural Pipelines & Compute Isolation
Client brand assets, character models, and stylistic references processed during production are maintained within dedicated, secured cloud compute environments. We do not use proprietary client assets or private fine-tuning weights to train public or foundational models. Custom checkpoints and LoRAs created for your brand remain isolated to your engagement.
